disorders and diseases related to the eye.
An ophthalmologist is a medical expert who specializes in eye care. They can prescribe
medications, implement laser therapy and perform eye surgeries as and when required.
In this, the treatment plan for any patient usually comprises of 2 aspects, depending on the
condition; medical and surgical treatment.
